Attorney   Clark L. Davidson   Mr. Davidson is a licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant in California.   His practice focuses on businesses: corporate transactional as well as litigation.   Mr. Davidson has prior experience working at the public accounting firm of BDO   Seidman and the law firm of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe.   Mr. Davidson has vast experience in the successes and failures of litigation, and   most importantly a broad perspective as to the economic value of litigation. Mr.   Davidson can provide statistical analysis on the value and costs for almost any   situation. His litigation experience includes business disputes, trademarks, trade   secrets, website development, partnership dissolution, contract interpretation and   valuation. Mr. Davidson has also represented clients in employment and personal   injury matters, on both the defense and plaintiff side.   Mr. Davidson's transactional work includes corporate formation, sales of company   assets or stock, buy-sell agreements between partners, founders and shareholders,   venture capital financings, real estate transactions, agreements with vendors,   employees and customers.   Mr. Davidson graduated Cum Laude, Order of the Coif from the University of San   Diego, School of Law in 2001.
