L. Davidson Mr. Davidson has vast experience in the successes and failures of litigation, and most importantly a broad perspective as to the economic value of litigation. Mr. Davidson can provide statistical analysis on the value and costs for almost any situation. His litigation experience includes business disputes, trademarks, trade secrets, website development, partnership dissolution, contract interpretation and valuation. Mr. Davidson has also represented clients in employment and personal injury matters, on both the defense and plaintiff side. Mr. Davidson's transactional work includes corporate formation, sales of company assets or stock, buy-sell agreements between partners, founders and shareholders, venture capital financings, real estate transactions, agreements with vendors, employees and customers. Mr. Davidson graduated Cum Laude, Order of the Coif from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (1992), where he majored in Accounting. Mr. Davidson became a member of the California Bar in 2001 and a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. |
